Prometheus is listing Ether as a security to be sold and custodies on it SEC registered exchange. 
- Many in Ethereum community waiting to see what the SEC does and American Commodities Regulators as it isn’t clear who has jurisdiction Securities regulators or Commodities regulators. In many countries these are one regulator but in US two competing government departments.
