What layer 2 development team has built 13 applications on a blockchain based social community called Hive with over one million accounts?
Before I tell you who it is, let me tell you about the blockchain based applications or Dapps.
First, What is a DAPP?
Applications or programs that run on blockchain are called DAPPS.
This means it is outside the control of any central authority since it is running on decentralized infrastructure.
Engagement is done peer-to-peer (P2P).
DApps tend to be open source and censorship resistant since they can be quickly spun up once they are on the open market.

Next, what are the 13 blockchain based applications?
In order not to give the answer of the community away to soon, we will start with application number two.
Dapp Number Two HiveStats
- The Leofinance version of the Hive blockchain explorer, which possesses special databse skills.
Dapp Number Three Leopedia
- A site which teaches the basics of the social media platform Leofinance and the social media platform Hive, as well as a little on Bitcoin and blockchain.
Dapp number four is WLEO and the Leo Geyser.
- This is a DeFi project which allows you to be a Liquidity Provider on Uniswap creating a trading pair WLEO/Ethereum with tokens earned on the social media platforms Leofinance and Hive.
Dapp number five Leodex.
This is a DEX or decentralized exchange on the Hive blockchain. Here you can trade hive-engine tokens and providing an alternative to the exchange [Hive-Engine (https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-exchange).
Dapp number six Leofi.
This dapp matches Leo owners with Leo renters. This means owners of Leo who don't have time to earn by reading and upvoting can rent their Leo to those who do have time to earn that way. So both can earn some Leo tokens.
Dapp number seven Leoinfra.
- The is the dapp for of instant onboarding, which allows new members to sign up for the social media platform Leofinance using their username from Facebook, Twitter or Metamask. This dapp is amazing, because it makes joining Leofinance as easy as joining Facebook or Twitter, and does so with a similar process to make it even easier.
Dapp number eight Lightening.
- This dapp brought greater speed to the social media platform Leofinance, and experiences smoother.
Dapp number nine Cubfinance
- Cubfinance is a DEFI or decentralized finance project like modelled after PanCakeSwap fork Gooseswap on Binance Chain.
- Cubfinance began as a simple yield farming staking platform, patterned after Goosefinance.
- But it has evolved into a more complex modular solidity project. But the complexity is buried under the User Interface and it specializes in Ease of Use.
Dapp number ten PolyCub.
- PolyCub is also another DEFI or decentralized finance yield farming and staking project on the Polygon Blockchain.

- This Dapp is the social media Dapp for users on mobile devices like phones or tablets. And while it has many similiarities, it has several important differences in designed to provide a better experience for users on mobile devices like phones and tablets.
Dapp number twelve is Threads
- This is the latest dapp, and it is modeled after Twitter as a short form content platform. The users call it Twitter on the Blockchain.
- It represents a tokenized version of Twitter which allows you to earn cryptocurrency for Tweets called Threads, and to earn cryptocurrency for commenting and upvoting (liking) those Tweets called Threads.
Dapp number Thirteen is the Leo Multi-Token Bridge
- This Dapp allows the transfer of value between the Ethereum blockchain, Binance blockchain and the Polygon Blockchain, via Leo token NFTs wLeo on ethereum, bLeo on Binance and pLeo on Polygon.
- This allows a cheap and fast bridge between these three systems to connect the three largest decentralized finance ecosystems in the world of cryptocurrency.
- All these dapps are used daily, they make money for the users, and strengthen the community.
And now..what you have been waiting for...
What development team built these 13 blockchain applications?
Drum Roll Please....
- The community name and the name of the first application are the same: It is Leofinance !

- This is a social media platform for longform articles, shortform 240 character Tweets, videos, mpegs, jpegs, pictures and memes.

- The shortform content is a special place called Threads and it can be on any topic, so it's a great place where community members meet to say Good Morning Friends GMFRENS and exchange short, as in upto 240 characters (just like Twitter) posts about anything.

- All 13 applications are almost used daily by the majority of the community, while some which require special knowledge like the database program HiveStats or the DeFi project Cubfinance require some special knowledge to use, but the great thing is you can find articles to help you use the applications on Leofinance.io and you can go to the Discord for Leofinance.io and ask questions of the dedicated help team and speak to the developers.

I expect that in the next 3-5 years this ecosystem will become very popular, as people start to value the characteristics of this community: known creator, history of honesty and fair play, large social medica presence, loyal community, and ease of use for onboarding and the applications..
