In some ways I do agree with that, don’t kill your self working 70-80 hours a week.
I agree with it as well, but the people who are "making the call" definitely aren't the ones doing the majority of the work now, it is the underperformers who aren't going to get promoted based on what they do - can they do less?
There is going to be a huge amount of opportunity within the younger generations for those who are willing to build their skills and do the work, as they will be in high, high demand across just about every field.
