My thing is to work hard at helping retain users by encouraging them to be successful!
And you get noticed for it. I know it is hard at times and may be 2thankless" work, but I also know that there can be personal value in the process and the commitment to a cause (even a futile one) is rewarding. This cause isn't futile by the way :)
