Yes, the pieces really are starting to fall into place. This community has a real *first-mover" opportunity here and I think people need to recognize that and take advantage of it. What we're really betting on and investing in is the team and it seems pretty obvious to me that they're committed to making this thing work. Sometimes the best investments are the ones right in front of our noses. I think this is one of those times.
