I think your thinking is logical and on track based upon the information we have. Putting together the pieces like you did here, it makes a lot of sense.
To answer, no Khal doesnt troll. So he has something up his sleeve and it is good for LBI to be involved with whatever is going to roll out.
The track record is for these type of projects that get added to Leo tend provide a fabulous return, something that is fundamental to @lbi-token.
A smart move to keep ourselves liquid until we get the details next week about what is taking place.

Just found 47 LEO sitting in the lbi-gov accounts from the posts i did there. Every little count. No power up this week will just hold.
Staying liquid is easiest for me, requires no actions :)
