Tidal turbine in the UK starts to export power to the grid.
This is an interesting way to generate energy. The tides are forever ebbing and flowing. So it makes sense to use it for energy.

Tidal energy was green energy before "green energy" became a thing. Maybe tidal energy (along with geothermal) can solve the energy consumption problem associated with Bitcoin and other high-powered cryptocurrencies. East coast of Canada has insane tides, so that would be one place to install mining rigs.
