A bit of age on this article but it does bring up an interesting point. The US and India can partner to take on China. The combined resources of both countries would dwarf what China has available to it.
This is something that could propel both countries forward in the AI race.

It would be nice but I think China has an advantage given the surveillance in the country. But it would be nice to see other countries group together and it could close to gap and eventually surpass China. Do you think China will just find ways to steal the data/research?

It would be great if we could team up with India and other countries as well. We will have to see what the geopolitical picture looks like in the near term.
