I am not sure how this would work but it is an interesting idea. It also looks like it might start to become a reality.

I would imagine that it will take a lot of pool filling to clean up the river.

    I still wouldnt swim in the river. I remember the days when there was garbage floating right on the top of the water. It was pretty nasty.
