I don't think I would call it a shift per se. I just think Hive is a blockchain who has paid it's dues and it's time has come. Quality eventually rises and Hive is quite possibly the single highest quality blockchain in existence. Just a fact.

Hive is what Vitalik and Hoskinson are trying to build.
Just let Blocktrades spin up the smart contract platform he mentioned and we will be good to go.

Yes the huge amount of HIVE being moved off the exchanges shows that there is a need for HIVE. If we can get a few more applications like Splinterlands, this demand will only increase.

I agree. It will be huge. That will lead us to the point where we see a great deal of need for Resource Credits.
That will force people into getting HP, especially the applications.
