The 10 year US Bond Yields keep going down
This is the reverse of what many were surmising. How come the bond market has rates down? This doesn't make sense in the face of inflation.

This is good. I still need to refinance my house in the next couple months. Obviously that is a purely selfish reason but....those rates ARE pretty impactful over 15-30 years.

The 30 year went below 2.00%. I have a feeling it will push towards 1.80%.

Great news for my nephew as he just closed on buying a house. I hope he got a really good interest rate. He had been looking to buy a home for the past year and finally found one.

I am sure he did especially in comparison to where interest rates were a couple decades ago.
