We saw this coming as more of the Bitcoin miners that were forced out of China started to come back online.
It also coincides with a run up in the markets.

Yea I wonder if the entire reason why we took such a huge dive down was because of how people in China needed to dump everything they can before everything got worst.

Well the miners were shut off. So until they were relocated and placed in a new country, they were dead in terms of hashrate.
