If GPU demand is down, it only makes sense that hashrates are down. I havent looked but it would stand to reason that BTC (and others) hashrates are declining as miners are shut down.

as far as I know normal gpu are still overpriced as heck

Well it might be good for those trying to build their computers. They were complaining about the miners taking all the GPUs.
