The thing is we need more users, for that we need active marketing that brings in hundreds of leads daily and a percentage of those is retained. For that we need to spend money.
But yes could we use inleo more? YES always but we need fresh blood. Not fudding HIVE users...

Quality content is relative to whoever consumes it, who may or may not value it. Quality content published in a niche that does not give it value is ignored.

My idea how to make Premium more attractive is to be more clear on how the @leo.voter upvotes are chosen, so people know more consistently if they'll get upvoted or not.
Many people are considering LEO Premium because of the "Premium Pays for Itself" line, and they're not sure if they'll get upvoted.
They release thread and post on sunday explaining how the leovoter curation works. Based on your leo power staked you get more chances. CUB and higher ranks get the more chances. But still no assurance.

Leo Premium - shows my articles at the bottom of other articles and perhaps a selected thread each day where it rotates in with others in the threads until ads becomes a thing?
Hopefully, $LEO is going to become so scarce. Now is just the best time to buy and stack the LEO bags.

I randomly checked several pairs $HIVE/Something. In all cases, SimpleSwap had at least a bit better rate. From a common user’s point of view, I’d go where they offer me cheaper exchange. What makes the difference? Low liquidity on LeoDex? Lower fee?

$LEO loses value against $HIVE (from 0.33-0.35 two weeks ago to around 0.28 today) even though the LeoDex commission should be pushing it up. Does the automatic purchasing mechanism work yet (I understand it should convert commission into Leo vested to the pools, I may not be right on that one – feel free to correct me).

Yep - I thought the LeoDex launch was supposed to kick it even higher. If there's a correction, it seems the market expected more, doesn't it?
Just a reminder that consumers don't care if it's centralized or decentralized, but what's more convinent to use or has the lowest fees.
Currently, Simpleswap still works fine for me for converting $HIVE to other coins. Would love it if LEODEX offered a better service.

Yes, so many people think the community was the one rebranding to Inleo and now receives any kind of content... they even fight our curators when they try to educate about it.
Which is also partly the team's fault.
A change of this magnitude seems to require an intensive campaign to re-educate users, including myself. In my case, because I don't speak English, video meetings are no use, I need to get information via written text.
Yeah, in part yes, because there is people that have not be reached, but there is also a problem with people not accepting changes easily. I Speak Spanish, and I have personally explained this to users that after saying they understood, they still ask me if its ok to publish x content because it't not finance.
A recent change of eliminating leofinance as the default community will help to break this misconception, and maybe yes, we have to create a communication campaign to promote this changes on multiple languages
