We need to keep supporting in every possible way we can.
To me, that means activity. Without that, things wither and die.
We all have a role to play. If the development team can keep churning out updates, we can keep doing what we do.

That is true. Sadly a lot was tried to get that going. There was the 10K minnow initiative which sought to create 10K minnows. Since it launched, I think the number went backwards as many of those people powered down. Now some might have done so to get resources to pile into HE options. However, I believe most simply left.
It is not an easy process.
