I would presume the automation at the app level will take place. Leo is smart to develop something like that.
However, it might have to tap into other resrouces. I have a ton of RC I dont use each day and it might be to Leo's benefit to reward me in LEO to delegate to those from their app who needs it.
A lot of possiblities.

It will be interesting to see how this works with the RC delegation system. Will there be an option to delegate on the site for the benefit of leo or will there be an open market for accounts to make a little profit from it.
