I have a feeling it will. The witnesses are going to move it up at some point. My guess is we see 12% next.
No idea when that will happen though.

Some of them have moved it to 12 already I believe so hopefully others will follow

Need to get some 14% or 15% ones in there. I believe it is the medium average of the top 20 witnesses.
