Going to need a few things to fall into place but we are off to a terrific start.
We need a great deal more people focusing upon this as well as adding content.

That is true, but one need to keep in mind that LeoFinance is still a fairly new website so new keywords will be ranked due to the content that has been published since the launch as well.
Optimized content would obviously serve us better in the long haul, but even content that hasn't been optimized the slightest bit will rank on search engines sooner or later. They are likely to get extremely poor rankings though.
