Yup, that's the idea. The problem is today the exact opposite happens. We have a lot of people moved up to leadership because they are white and male even though they lack the skills for the job.
Not unusual for a woman who is actually more qualified to get denied to a promotion and usually a very bullshit excuse follows like "Oh she's good, but she doesn't have the emotional control that the job requires" and stuff like that.

Very well said , these are the scenarios we must find a solution to . I don't believe in "white privilege" but sometimes "men privilege" happens :/ unfortunately .
