I'm actually pretty amazed that the price of packs has sank so much on the secondary markets. But I suppose if people are selling off bonus packs they received in bulk purchases, then they only need to sell for above the cost of a voucher for the exchange to be profitable.

That is a good point. I think it has allot to do with the dipping price of HIVE. Even at today's secondary prices its likely past pack purchasers are profiting in HIVE even if taking a loss in USD.
