Mimosa

  • 2 1/2 ounces orange juice
  • 2 1/2 ounces Prosecco

Pour orange juice into a flute glass and gently pour the sparkling wine. Stir gently.

Note:
Also known as Buck’s Fizz.

Garnish with an orange twist (optional).

    One of my favorites. You can add a little splash of Triple Sec or Grand Marnier to kick up the orange flavor too.
