I think he is back! I was already liking the #Woo introduction.

Web3, the real real!! This will really impact in lot's of people's lives and I am one of those persons. I believe one of the major beneficiaries of this web3 world will be the gamers, for the web3 games are really insane!!

Web3 gaming will surely be part of my vacation this season, I'm beginning to like them more than before.

Which ones are you playing? I do Dcrops, Risingstar, Splinterlands, Craftink, Serfdom and Sorcery, Brobang ...

As I said earlier, I will start playing some of them.

Wow, so there are as many Games as I never thought of inside hive? That's impressive!!

Am enjoying the cool introduction of games and it's founders

Splinterlands is one of the games that I missed when it started, but I enjoy learning about it and see the evolution both of the game and of the users who play it!

I'm getting excited about joining #Splinterlands and play some games

The fact that Splinterlands' new soulbound mechanism only allows the collection to be put up for sale after 1 year, I believe was one of the strongest points of this year's update. It brings intrinsic value.

Creating a Team has to be one interesting adventure, pairing the right card to get a good result is awesome!

Go #splinterlands!

Am beginning to enjoy web3 gaming with me joining. The live host today I get to love it and would want to pla

would really love to give splinterlands a trial. It's all over hive and I wonder how I keep procrastinating on starting it. Good thing so many other web3 games are springing up, if not anything, it gives one choices.

Ohh yes you should, it’s one interesting game you don’t want to miss out on!

b Yes ooo, life is better with choices

Trying out Splinterlands sounds like a fantastic idea, especially with the buzz it's generating on Hive. It's great that there are many web3 games emerging, offering a variety of choices.

Very true. Would definitely try it out.

Most of the time I believe web3 games reduce the degree of centralization and foster an opening and participatory ecosystem.

This is the intention of web3, the issue of participation involves a lot of players' involvement in understanding what is proposed, which is often a bit difficult.

I have never been a fan of Web3 gaming, but with all the interesting discussion going on, in these spaces, I am beginning to think I could try it even if it's just for fun.

My number one web 3 gaming project is splinterlands. From outside you might not see what effort the team has put into making the game too notch until you actually play it. Take it from me, I’d advice you try playing it and you’ll enjoy it.

Yup, gonna try it. Of course splinterland is a popular game on web3. I guess it worth giving a try, what one don't start doesn't work out. Also, the incentive for playing the game is another motivation to take the plug and see what potential splinterland holds.

I see we are in the same situation. I'm not a big fan of web3 gaming as well but the discussions have been interesting. I have for a while wanted to join splinterlands though but I haven't gotten the time to really explore

I guess it worth giving a try, what one don't start doesn't work out. Also, the incentive for playing the game is another motivation to take the plug and see what potential splinterland holds.

I'm a fan , but I don't know their are lot of gaming platform like this, have always being thinking is all about splinterland, but this program has indeed help me understanding to know that there are lot of gaming activities on web3.

I highly recommend it to you my friend, play with the possibility of making money, start with Splinterlands and you won't regret it.

There are options where you can start your journey for free:
Do you play risingstargame? Its free to play and also can be played on the side while you are on threads. Perfect idle game with built in radio.
https://www.risingstargame.com?referrer=solymi this works in the keychain app on mobile phones as well!

Gonna take a look at it. Thanks for the recommendation

Imagine an early version of Splinterlands where you select one of your pre-made decks and press “Battle”, then after some time, you get a battle result.

As blockchain technology evolves and integrates with gaming ecosystems, Web3 gaming is poised to bring forth a new era of immersive, secure, and financially empowering experiences for both players and creators. An example is #splinterlands.

I agree.. we have many good examples on the scene, I can't wait to see what we will witness in the next bull

It really is like that. Over time many games will adapt to Web3 and with that they will have to focus on how to manage the growing economy internally, and obviously externally when the time comes.

In Splinterlands there is a lot of growth.

Yeah. You’re right but i See what you did there 😂

Web3 gaming is like a treasure chest overflowing with possibilities for gamers and creators alike. Imagine diving into epic adventures where your virtual gear is truly yours, and your contributions to the game world hold real-world value.

Imagine diving into epic adventures where your virtual gear is truly yours, and your contributions to the game world hold real-world value.

Actually!!👍

Soonest web3 games shall become very massive for all to enjoy.

Web3 platform games are taking gaming to a new level.Splinterlands will become even more relevant it has a lot of interesting things in the game. I believe that as a card game it has become very successful than most of the games.

yea, splinterlands have more relevant and more potential in future as a webgame, they have been in existence for a long time now unlike most games that came during the bull run and fold up some month later

Even though I'm not really into Web 3 games, I actually know quite a bit about Splinterlands. It turns out that most of my friends on Hive are really into it. Yes! I agree with you, splinterlands has the potential to become greater.

It is one of my favourite games on the Web3 platform, I have been playing it actively for now 2 years and seeing them bring a lot of changes. I agree that it has become one of the most successful, I joined Hive because of it.

Splinterlands is an amazing card-collectible game. In five years they have developed the game in style. A Web3 game which is decentralized having lands and tokenomics. Many players have earned a lot from the game.

It's impossible not to love Web3 games, with every game there is a different vibe.

Web3 games brings a whole different feeling when playing and it fires up developer to ways giving their best.

Indeed web 3 games are quite interesting and unique especially for the fact that you can have fun, connect with others and also earn. But the truth is, sometimes Web 3 games can be really challenging, so it can be hard for those who are not much of gamers.

Web3 Gaming can be challenging from the onset but it's impossible for a player not to fall in love in the end. Web3 game connects people across the world and the experience is awesome

Web3 gaming enables players to truly own their in-game assets through blockchain technology, this ownership is recorded on a decentralized ledger, giving players control over their digital items.

Indeed, the Web3 gaming allows players to have true ownership of in-game assets. Through blockchain and decentralized ledgers, players gain unprecedented control over their digital items, fostering a sense of ownership and value.

Exactly games are supposed to be fun and engaging to attract more players to join so there should be proper game design to be able to achieve this

Also there's need to put security measures to ensure that both the players and their accounts are safe from hacks.

Well said. Security in the gaming system really matters a lot and this is what makes it different from other traditional games out there. Since there is money involved then there would be some level of insecurity also.

you are absolutely correct.
Games are supposed to be fun, and engaging.
Most importantly, people can now earn by playing web3 games amidst having fun.

And yes! Adequate security should be in place to protect players profiles funds

I see people talking about WOO, but I've never played it. Wrestling games are not my favorites, the only time I followed something related was about 10 years ago when Anderson Silva was MMA champion.

I plan to check it out next week. It sounds exciting!

Have heard about WOO and recently they organize their own zealy quest just not create awareness too. For me I see it as one of the fast rising game on web3 , cause web3 needs more of gamification.

Recently, I thought about one of the best means to increase web3 adoption is by creating some interesting initiative that we get people's attention to web3, over time people have talked about gamification and I honestly believe that's one strategy web3 need to use very well, especially when it comes to improving onboarding projects.

Splinterlands is one of the games I'm currently on. Right now my focus is get my full bronze deck for modern, then I'll start to upgrade the cards to prepare for Silver league... I'm already close to Silver III, but with no cards upgrade for the new league :/ #splinterlands #threadcast

i have heard a lot about the splinter land games and I also recently did my research on them and for this I can say that , it is truly a game that is very rewarding.

I'm already anxious to know about the other games I don't know about at this Global Talk. Let's focus and learn about them, maybe we could get some of them come to hive or at least share there updates at #hive.

From what I've seen, WOO, which is from Hive, is also in the space, it's something I want to see better, I see that they've had updates for some time, but I've never gone into much more depth, I hope to learn a lot in this space. Of course, knowing other games is also a good thing, for those who are passionate about games, the more the merrier!

I am here.

this is not the song I know 🤣🤣

there will always be a first time to everything. Enjoy it while

Good Morning!

good evening from Lagos Nigeria

Just right on time for the show

Despite the rush due to zaely's missions and the posting routine, Splinterlands rekindled in me that desire to play, with the new features of the rebellion edition, I believe that many people returned to playing with more desire and joy. The community being able to make decisions that define the destiny of splinterlands is something wonderful and, with that, it has helped to make the spt get back on its feet

Between one thing and another I have not had the opportunity to test the game. But it makes me too curious about it. I love games, I would love to play that specific one someday.

I understand you, the truth is that these new mechanics with Rebellion are crazy, I've also been playing with more encouragement, but on the other hand, Splinterlands is one of the strongest games of all the web3 with more than 5 years.

Splinterlands' recent updates seem to have brought back the gaming spark for many, including you! I haven't played myself, but your enthusiasm about the community-driven decisions and the game's revival with Zaely's missions is infectious.

here again

Finally I am here

Hello everyone

Boooomm, I'm here again

it so good to be here

Splinterlands is one of the few games to have survived the bear market, and I believe that with this bull run, new players may arrive, making it even more relevant within web3.

I don't know anything about games but I did hear that many games stopped existing this year or barely have any players, and I am surprised that splinterlands still has a lot of players on Hive.

I really enjoy playing. The only downside is that there are a lot of bots that end up doing the player's job. And they tend to be much better than humans, making the game quite difficult at times.

But with recent updates, this has diminished, making it fun to play again.

It's impressive how resilient Splinterlands has been in recent years. I believe that if there was a good marketing strategy, new players will arrive and who knows how it will be in 2021?

It's entirely possible to reach the same audience as in 2021.The fact that Hive exists makes marketing totally possible, as it rewards players for creating posts, and sharing them on web2 ends up letting a lot of people know that it exists.

Splinterland has been around for a long and to be honestly with the time have spent here, that's is definitely the first web3 game I read about on hive and till now for me, it has being the most consistent game on web3 till this
moments

Yes, I think the fact that it's within Hive makes it quite consistent in the long term, because there are countless ways to create a marketing system, rewarding users for posting, for example, which is what already happens.

Splinterland will be one of the biggest web3 games once the bull market hits. I am a huge fan of Splinterland and have been part of them for over 3 years. Splinterland got me into web3 and Hive that is how powerful the game is and could be in the long run.

Splinterlands' ability to stand strong in the bear market and the prospect of new players joining in this bull run truly highlight its importance in web3.

Games ? I love games.

good day everyone

Being one of the few games that have weathered the bear market, I think Splinterlands will become even more relevant in the web 3.0 era as more players may join in.

Splinterland is one of the web3 game that I can assure the project is well organised and there is high potential for good behaviour during this bullish time. Indeed it will be more relevant in web3 space.

Splinterlands has made a name for itself, it is one of the few web3 games that actually survived the bear market. No matter how bearish the market is, splinterlands still thrives and I am really hoping to learn how to play soon.

Yes ooo I'm here, good afternoon people!

Web3 gaming is one thing I have interest in, but I really don't know how to go about it or how to participate in it. Web3 gaming gives room for fun and earning at the same time, and who wouldn't want that? I hope to learn soon.

this is my issue too, I have so much interest in it but haven't gotten the knowledge to play or learn it.
I hope I get it soon, I am really curious about the web3 gaming.

Wow I'm impressed to see women being bullish in the gaming world. This is impressive.

women are really pushing higher, you know success doesn't matter wether na women or man is just all about hardwork, patience and consistency

I am here

Hope you are following

Welcome to my first #threadcast experience

Good morning we're actGood morning, we are active from Cuba

As more gamers venture in, I'm sure it's relevance will be top-notch, Spinterlands I mean. Yunno web 3.0 gaming comes with this relish and fun that's isimply indescribable. I'm still trying to learn more on Spinterlands navigation anyways

if the games can be accessed by various operating system, that would be a step to getting as many people as possible because is its limited, say just IOS system alone, then it will be restricting

Sincerely think that any system that can access any form of web 3 programming system can also play it games. I stand to be corrected but I play the #splinterland games on my small device and I still enjoy every bit of it. Great view though

Blockchain technology used in Web3 gaming allows players to actually own their in-game assets; this ownership is documented on a decentralised ledger, providing them authority over their virtual goods.

Good day friends, am a member of risingstar Game but have a meager knowledge about splinterlands. Maybe after the threadcast, I may hear something that will move me to participate

Gaming has become one of my new favorite topics. I don't play games that much that splinterlands has got my attention. The season just ended and I earned 34 chests. I'm about to see my rewards.

The Splinterlands team got an amazing project in the game that's pretty cool and addictive, although I'm not a regular in playing, but each time I come in it's always exciting, nice outcome this season

Game development is a challenging and time-consuming process, so it's important to have a strong passion for the project and a creative vision for what you want to achieve. It's also important to have a clear target.

Also, Having a clear target for the game helps developers stay focused on their goals and ensures that they are creating a product that meets the expectations of their target audience.

I’m not really familiar with web3 gaming as I’m still new to the ecosystem but I’ve heard about splinterlands but with few knowledge around it hopefully I’ll be able to gain one or two things from today’s space.

I don't know much about those games either, it's not something that catches my attention, but I have heard through my daughter some things about it and it sounds interesting.

Web3 is indeed a game changer, being decentralized it gives users ownership power and it's tokenization gives the players earnings. So it's a blend of fun and economics.

Let me even try out any game like this, maybe I can enjoy your one

Eventhough web3 game have more features better than centralised game platform that doesn't mean web3 game don't have any risk associated. My #question : What is the risks of gaming on web3?

The problem with #web3 games is that they focus more on the economy than on the game itself, that's why many have failed and that's the risk, a poorly made product, with splinterlands is different because there is a balance between the two.

I have heard a lot of positive reviews about Splinterlands though I am yet to join in. This shows how much I am missing out and I can't wait to join in the play2earn games.

Splinterlands has revolutionized the way of understanding games within Hive. Personally, I am not a fan of video games either but I have been tempted to dabble, the user experiences have been fantastic in terms of strategies and rewards.

wooooooooooo

Web3 gaming introduces a paradigm shift by emphasizing ownership, interoperability, decentralization, and innovative economic models that redefine the player-developer relationship.

I can see many speakers introducing themselves and also talking about their game, which means there are lot of games platform on web 3 that Many of us aren't aware of, which is definitely one thing the space has help me now.

But on the other hand, what's the level of contribution all this gaming platform are bringing to web3 and hope all is not for competition?

Yes so many of this games we are not aware of them
And your questions needs consideration

Thats just it, some thing to note in the gaming world is that, even though people are making money from playing your game, still not everyone will be interested in it because the major purpose of playing games is to have fun making

I can't help but think about the possibilities that having control of your assets offers for Cubans, given that we have an economic embargo and many international restrictions on financial enterprises.

Though splinterlands has most of the hype on hive, I think WOO can do massive things as well. I see updates from them and for someone who used to watch WWE, I think they will catch a large audience

I think the same, every game has their own catch for audience to check them out. Splinterlands is amazing but that doesn't mean Woo isn't one to check out. But I think we have these different games not for everyone to be part of but for every user to have options according to what they enjoy most. I'm pretty sure those who aren't fan of wrestling won't want to know more about Woo but I may be wrong.

You're right. Variety is good and not everyone wants a card game so maybe having WOO is good too.

can see a number of presenters giving their bios and discussing their games. This suggests that there are numerous gaming platforms on Web 3 that many of us aren't aware of, which is undoubtedly one way the space has helped me thus far.

Sprinterlands showcases Web3's gaming potential by using blockchain for true in-game asset ownership, providing players with tangible value. This player-centric approach revolutionizes traditional gaming models.

A lot of web3 games are really in the system, i wonder which i will go for. Racing game will be good and football too, i have never seen a Web3 football game

I am very positive about the #holozing game; it's going to be a game-changer in 2024. Having all the features makes it a great #web3 game.

Marching forward smoothly and steadily. The healers revealed are awesome.

I'm very positive about the game too, it is why I'm very vested in it even if not as much as the top investors haha. The game seem to be my kinda game and I'm hopeful I'll be able to play well when it launches. Until then, we keep the excitement with the sweet updates about healers and stakes.

That's nice to have a fan of #holozing. We should be part of this great project and that matters the most. Little or big investment, no problem.

Thank you for stopping by and for the valuable input.

#freecompliments

I'm not even surprised about the 🔥 take from each of the rep of these games. The gaming industry is buzzing & the incorporation of these games in Blockchain gives it a unique buzzword

Hive is well represented there by Splinterlands & WOO.

oh let's not forget holozing too, another game that's taking hivers by storm, honestly the gaming industry is doing well in the Blockchain, I can only imagine the project at hand, and how they are going to move these web3 games forward.

Yeah. We have a lot of these games on Hive and the team behind them are not messing around. They are relentlessly pushing innovative ideas into what they are building. It's nice to see all that.

WOO is the game that hasn't been released yet...I've seen many posts but haven't seen the game as such.
But it looks like an interesting initiative, to help others instead of just making a profit.

Oh, Yeah! The WOO folks have been working behind the scene, but they just started this week to go public with the playable side of the game.

They had an interesting show on their discord this week about that. Hehe. They are doing well.

Decentralized systems are less susceptible to censorship. Web3 gaming platforms, powered by blockchain, can provide a more censorship-resistant environment for developers and players.

DeFi platforms are a revolutionary innovation in the financial world. They offer some unique features and benefits that cannot be found in traditional way. That's why DeFi projects become more favorite day by day.

Do you know how easy Splinterland is, here I was thinking it was so difficult and I won't be able to participate and the fact that other Web3 games be launched is an added advantage for us, i can just taste the fun and adventure already!

Well in my case it would be a difficult game because it requires knowledge of the cards, combinations and strategies. I am very bad at that. I hope it will soon be 2D gameplay.

Web3 based games are really doing great advantages to the web3 blockchain. It keep people educated, entertain and active. It attract huge number of people on the blockchain and retain them.

Spliterland and WOO are doing great for Hive Blockchain with great values. They are tokenized and great rewarding pool for the players.

Players in web3 games truly own their in-game assets as NFTs, granting them the freedom to trade, sell, and utilize them within the game and across different platforms. This creates a sense of ownership rarely seen in traditional gaming.

Gaming industry.... Wow, that sounds very nice. I think people will be intrigued with games like Splinterlands as people not only have fun while playing but also earn from it.

Splinterlands is a good NFT gaming project, the games on the platform create
s a balance between the project goals, fun and rewards. If a player can't buy the trading cards you can rent it.

It is the first play2earn game I had ever played in the Hive Blockchain. I must say this game is so addictive. As a competitive gamer I love the concept of collecting cards and battle with these.

The fun on Splinterlands is never ending.

the feature I like the most about splinterlands is that renting because if I can’t buy something then I can just take a rent for that, like only a few games have this feature like I have played many games before but they don’t allow it.

Splinterlands is way ahead of the pack

I really appreciate that aspect of renting the cards in Splinterlands especially for those that cannot afford to buy. Some new gamers might just want to have a first experience and might decide to rent instead of buy the character cards. I also appreciate the in-game environment which has powerful graphics. Splinterlands is competitive and rewarding too. I would like to be back soonest playing this game.

True talk,it's an innovative way of ensuring that the fun never stops.

Yes, it is, which is why many people are moving towards the blockchain game. I have lost count of authors post I come by every day who write on #Splinterland. It is interesting to see the fun people get while playing the game. I like it.

True talk my sister.Splinterlands is indeed reshaping the gaming industry

It sure is.

I haven't been active for one or two reasons, but with the little time I played, I have earned 14 Seasonal Chests which I am yet to claim. #splinterlands

Oh wow so nice to hear this.

there seem to be a lot of web3 gaming platforms, I am familiar with splinterlands, woo and wretorg online, not like I play though... And from what the speakers are saying, they all want to push this new world of gaming to another level, gaming is everyone's thingy so it's incorporation into web3 is mind blowing

#splinterlands and #woo are amazing games on #hive. Splinterlands has set new standards in the gaming zone.

Woo is also a benchmark and very popular as wrestling is everyone's favorite.

the gaming sector... That seems so lovely, whoa. I believe that games like Splinterlands, which allow players to earn money in addition to having fun, will pique people's interest.

with the number of games available to users already, any new game introduced under web3 system must have something different from regular to make it attractive to users, that way the market can easily absorbe it into the system

Web3 games leverage blockchain to provide players with true ownership of in-game assets. These assets are represented as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), giving players the ability to trade, sell, or use them

The addition of dynamic quests adds another layer of depth and complexity to the gameplay, and makes the game feel more immersive and engaging. Relating it to web3 is just so interesting that is the change we need

WOO will be a card game like Splinterlands and Rising Star? Or will it be different? I'm excited about a fighting game at Hive, but I admit that I don't know much about this project. #question

web3 games are vast with lot of benefits in future, a way to have fun, learn and still earn at the same time. these gaming section are really shaping crypto in a positive way and also serve as a way to create more awareness to people

Web3 games offer a multitude of benefits for both players and developers, with the potential for significant growth in the future. I believe as the industry continues to evolve, these games are expected to become increasingly popular and influential in the world of gaming.

This is true and I like the awareness Gaming creates for Cryptocurrency. It's a good way to draw the attention of gamers and I know most people who will easily get into Blockchain gaming because of the monetization opportunity it offers.

I think woo is one of the gaming platform that has connection to a real life actor.
This is one of the reason many people would want to buy into their project and this is the reason I’m interested in it. I’m a lover of wrestling and I love

what woo are doing. I joined one of the podcast and I was able to ask a real life wrestler some question which was answered. More reason they look more realistic and owning their NFT

That's such a unique and exciting aspect of Woo! The connection to real-life wrestlers adds a new layer of authenticity and engagement. Interacting with a real-life wrestler in a podcast sounds like an incredible experience.

So am I!. I heard Triple H is connected to the WOO blockchain game. I don't know how true that is, it's probably false. But how could will that be.

Having heard WOO's rep's pitch, I have to say, I love how they help our beloved wrestlers

Ever since I was little, I have been obsessed with wrestling. I think my brothers have a significant part to play in it. But I remember Randy Orton, Big Show, and the rest. The fact that they are brought down to web3, Count me in

The web3 gaming allows for true ownership of in-game assets and more transparent gameplay. web3 gaming platform uses smart contracts for fairness. Learning about new games like cryptomayhem, exo-multiversX game, #Splinterland etc is great.

It is very good the way web3 games are implemented, the security they offer and the possibility to earn NFT that we can then exchange and get profits, I think it is a great opportunity and that benefits many.

Yeah, there are really a lot of games on the Hive blockchain, currently I am more involved in holozing, spl, terracore, and I am making my research for more. I think this space is a good one for me to learn more about web3 blockchain games

Web3 gaming brings true asset ownership and transparent gameplay through smart contracts. Exciting discoveries like Cryptomayhem, Exo-MultiversX, and #Splinterlands redefine the gaming experience!

Ohh, for sure, if there is game industry here, I think it will not only be fun but also onboard many users into web3 (hive precisely). Go ahead, try it out.

Yes there is a big gaming industry, we should explore it and see how we immerse ourselves in it. The vital thing is to look for what we are passionate about and work hard at it. Great rewards are sure to come, effort pays off.

For me, I think a fun Web3 game is all about enjoying the gameplay, owning cool stuff in-game, getting rewards, and feeling connected with a bunch of other players. It's about having a blast while feeling part of a bigger community!

When you really find a good game it must be fun to be able to dedicate hours to it. That is why you should not only focus on the monetary rewards but rather on the fun and enjoyment of the experience.

I understand you and share the same. Gameplay is key and necessary to keep us connected to the game. User experience is something that should never be put aside in a game and much less in the web3 where we have total control of our assets.

For NFT games the money part gets in the middle but it should be about owning the cool stuff and that's it. To play and earn to reinvest and continue playing, but turning the game into your job kills that

#Splinterland is one of the web3 games I am envisaging to play. A lot has been said about the games and I am hoping that it meets my expectations.

There are many games and industries around. Millions of them on web2 platforms and offline. But for web3 games

QUESTION

What makes web3 game fun and exciting to people of all ages?

It's a complicated question, because in web2 the focus is on the gameplay, while in web3 it's not, at least for now, they focus more on the economy, in this case Splinterlands has a balance, making it fun and economically stable.

the story line of any game should be well written in a way that the human nature and needs are taken into

I never knew so many interesting games existed on the web3 block chain, i have learnt of space, strategy, wrestling, card ganes etc, and some already launched, amazing, can't wait to learn how to play this games.

For me the games are a bit complicated, it's not something I use a lot because I don't understand them. But I am very encouraged to know that there are this kind of games, my children like them a lot, maybe someday I will try one.

Definitely likewise me i will really love to learn how to play them

many people attached the entertainment and fun from games to the human elements. The people, we play with and entertain ourselves with it. It keep people engaged and motivated. That's the advantage of #gaming

Aside from the human element, the gaming experience is very important. Most Web 3 games miss this aspect of creating a gaming product and focus so much on tokenomics and things of that sort. I think there needs to be changes in the way web 3 game developers approach web 3 gaming, to garner more support and players across the globe.

Gaming one of my most favourite things to do and the are coming to web3 just nice.
PVP games are like one of the best forms of gaming technology because of the active participation between you and your friends or even loved ones

One of the best things about web3 is the possibility of being able to implement games, I think that's going to be one of its great attractions. Many people love to play games and it's a great way to get closer to web3 and interact with it

That's a perfect plan if you say by me
Attracting people with what the find joy or interest in doing

I love to play too, even if sometimes due to time and bad connection I can't do it. I think it's a great opportunity for web3, I know several people who play a lot of games on Hive and I think it's the best way for new people to learn.

So far, I ma loving the #splinterlands game a lot, and currently I am seeing the holozing game to be the next challenging game on the Hive blockchain network. I am very glad to be part of this great community. Really loving those intros.

I am not the gaming type but it would be impossible for me to ignore and I am one of the thousands of people looking forward to Holozing as well.

Splinterland rocks...

Web3 has taken gaming to under level, you don’t just sit in front of your screen and pad and play all day and get exhausted after everything without any penny added to your account. Now web3 pays you for playing! Freaking awesome!

This is the best part of Web3 gaming, earning while playing will definitely make players glue to their system all day.

Web3 is changing the world in different ways and the gaming world is not exempted.

I have always loved Games, now with #web3 they are even better because of course you not only spend hours playing but you earn some tokens in the process, considered #splinterlands some of the best.

Currently I'm also keeping an eye out for #holozing which promises to be a good game, other than that I like the pictures they've been showing of the game haha.

Games like Splinterlands is an example of how web3 games can be engaging, fun, and rewarding. They use blockchain technology in innovative ways to create immersive experiences and opportunities for players to earn rewards.

Though I feel complicated sometimes while playing a game using website. I always used to play game in my mobile with app. I think Web3 game have to create their own mobile app to make a better experience for the games.

You are very correct. I believe one of the things that makes a good game is the storyline, which is something that can make it's players intrigued and wants more of it.

Among all the games I've seen and heard people talk about, Splinterlands is the most hype and it baffles me a lot how people are so keen to it because to me, it looks difficult.
I really wish to join soon

Yeah so many people love the game and I love the fact that all of them are loyal. The game has been striving for years and all I can see is it getting bigger and better every single day. Cheers to many more years #splinterlands!

exactly, that why I said they need to make their gaming structure more user friendly so that it can lead to player retention... The complexity of games is a barrier and can scare people away

The playtoearn feature of web3 space is one reason gamers can't get enough of it, what better way to enjoy than to engage in something you love and still get payed for doing that, example is #Splinterlands

Yea it's a nice piece that keeps attracting people to web 3, everyone wants increase and Blockchain game offer this, splinterland is attract more people to hive daily because of it project and what it offers.

Web3 games are booming and one of the biggest diamonds in that list is none other than #Splinterlands. The amount of fun and the number of friends I made from their community are many. One of the coolest communities out there for sure.

Web3 games can also serve as a platform for learning and skill development, because players can acquire new skills and knowledge related to blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs.

I think about the rewarding aspects of it. Many people are making money as players and investors. They are tokenized with varieties of crypto

The social aspects of web3 games are such an important part of what makes them so engaging. It's not just about playing a game and earning rewards, but about connecting with other players and building relationships within the game.

yes it's about connecting with people, but also people remain there for the reward aspect of it, if we are being truth full. The reward also makes it fun

the human and social aspects of the web3 games is very important as it keep people active and retain on the ecosystem.

As a web3 platform, it's tokenized with many crypto. Engaging on them is very rewarding as one can earn crypto as a player and investor

I don't think games have to be social to be interesting. For instance, I enjoy games like Candy Crush and I don’t exactly engage in the candy crush community . I believe for a game to be successful it needs to be fun and engaging.

so true, there is such a vast minority of women in the web3 gaming industries. Also, the designing of the game and the user friendly experience are different ways to make users onboard the board and stick to it. I agree with the speaker in this

I think generally women are now into game and the notion of it’s only guys that plays game is long gone. Even on CODM, there are a lot of female players who are really good.

One thing still stands out is that the UX should be done in a way that it would be very easy to use and understand. No one will play a game that they don’t understand the index and control. This made me delete a game once.

I particularly love to play web3 games that are user-friendly because it makes it a lot easier to access the features for people like me who have yet to explore the in-game on the web3 platform.

I love playing WWE games and they are making waves daily but is there a way it can be improved to make it more of web3 gaming?

Project managers really need to be aware of the in-game assets and how they can make it interesting and fun for their users. Yeah, I agree, the economic aspect is a great way to make the game more sustainable and fun as well.

Healthy economy is what everyone will love to enjoy honestly

For me, I see the fun of the gaming before the earning. The earnings is just what incentivizes the user to keep showing up since we use data to run the games.

Beyond the earnings, I learn a lot of leadership strategy from @splinterlands game. The game also helps to build cognitive ability.

A game lover would always be a game lover despite rewards.

also, I want to add that with most Web 3 games like Spinterlands, funding is by the community of gamers willing to buy packs and game props. Funding these games is very expensive and this is something we don't talk about too much. It is understandable when money takes priority in these Web 3 games. However, I think it is important to balance things and it only takes a game doing well to help the freedom to develop and improve the gaming experience

I think the way to break the price ranks is to build more games so that players can have options. More interesting games would mean less users engaging a particular game and that can reduce the

What makes a web3 game fun should be the storyline, if the storyline is boring then there's no fun playing at all, users will easily get tired and bored playing the game. While an interesting storyline keeps players glued to their screen.

To #VYBZ's question, yes! When it comes to games, fun is not limited to the tokenization, how good the game is plays a major role. People get addicted to games that they don't get rewarded at all because the game are simply very good.

web3 gaming is poised to shape a new era of secured and economically empowering experiences for players and developers alike. #splinterlands is an example on Hive blockchain. I am so excited for this knowledge.

.

What i like about #splinterlands is the fact it’s a captivating and innovative card game that offers engaging gameplay, a strong community, and financial rewards through its integration of blockchain technology. Its unique mechanics and growing popularity make it an appealing choice for players looking for a fresh and exciting card game experience.

Web3 game developers need to make the games fun and this way, the gamers want to stay longer to play the game. Apart from the prospect of earning some economic incentives which is important, gamers might not want to spend much time in a game that is not exciting. So both the in-game assets and object designs should look great. Then users attention could be held for a long time. They longer they stay and play, the better.

Yes, it is true that a game must be attractive first, it has happened to me that I have no incentive to play something I don't like, it is true that the first impression must be important, apart from the winnings.

I believe that the financial aspect, of Play2earn is essential in the web 3 system, a culture has already been created around this. But, it need to think about games beyond the financial aspect so that they can be fun.

Blockchain games are quite fun but then it's not all that enticing to everyone in the sense that some of these games needs some level of professionalism and that is not so encouraging for everyone to get involved in it.

Well, I guess the aim is not for everyone to be a part of Blockchain gaming but if it is, most of these games I've seen lacks that. I've not seen my type of game yet 😂

one way of making web3 interesting is that it should be fun to majority. So make it possible for people to be able to experiment and earn. Allowing players choose how they want to play is a great idea, it would make the game engaging.

Blockchain gaming is pushing the boundaries of gaming, and from what I've seen, @splinterlands is leading the way in this field. People have had a lot to express about the games they have played.

I've earned hundreds of dollars playing the Splinterlands game even as an amateur player. Learning and earning through the process as well as passive income has added a spice to the fun of the game.

I also know about splinterland games and also get to know a lot of people who are making a lot of earnings for just playing the game. I am also interested in starting to play the games but I should get a system first for better viewing.

Gaming is not only for fun but also profitable one person is not wasting their time while gaming because they can also earn through it. I am also an esports player and I believe that games can turn into a career for a professional gamer.

Awesome, that aspect of career in gaming must be emphasized. This is a huge disruption to the norm before now where gamers were seen as irresponsible.

This would be an awesome strategy whereby players are given the freedom to choose how they want to play, also they can make decisions on whether to withdraw their cash or use the cash to invest in stronger colonies, that's super awesome.

Flexibility is important for web3 gaming to help users enjoy gaming, and there's nothing cooler than earning from fun, so rewards help the developers too to generate revenue.

I'm excited to hear that Web3 grants ownership to the in game assets which users can trade and

The value that people get from gaming, that's what web 3 ensures

Blockchain Gaming is elevating the gaming experience, and from what I've observed, @splinterlands is leading the way in this field. People have fascinating stories about their experiences.
Earning +fun

web3 has some interesting features that cannot be underestimated, and it is a good form of technological improvement. This coming year will be a great turnout for the web3 world at large.

Web3 gaming is a strategic game, and it has technical features. It needs a skillful gamer to be able to carry out the roles given.

We should take steps to get traditional gamers interested in web3 gaming. The number of gamers in today's world is increasing. So if we can organize some special campaigns or contests then it is possible to have mass adoption in web3 games.

well I think it’s good to get them on web 3 games but organising contests and all that won’t make the cut. Look at GTA for instance, do they have to do contests to get people involved? All we do is create a great game and they will join.

Web3 gaming is a strategic game, and it has technical features. It needs a skillful gamer to be able to carry out the roles given.

Aren't these cards a beauty? Splinterlands released the rebellion set of cards recently and these were some of the cards I got from opening some packs. Did you open some packs too?

Totally agree with VYBZ co-Host take on Web3 games – it's not just about the pixels; it's about the shared thrill, the virtual treasures, and the vibes of a digital family. Let's keep conquering the #web3game world together🎮

The community is the greater part of the games, if there is no community there is nothing to do, it becomes a phone game lol, those that you play alone and good luck finding someone to share your passion with. People is so isolated now, it is good to at least have some social life while gaming

Haha totally, spot on! Tbh all the games I play have an amazing community, no wonder I'm still there.

#question
Playing web3 games, are the players going to get some value or a reward out of the games the play cause if that is so it would bring alot of attention to it knowing you can get something from playing games

Web 3 games to be precise

Web3 game involves a distributed process where games are hosted on the blockchain, making them unhackable, and allowing the players to engage with the games in innovative and decentralized ways.

Yup, putting money and time into gaming makes it fun but here it's different, players who create the value are able to recatch such values as well instead of moving the value to the game organizers only

They are so many web3 games out there, and I love how you can play and earn at the same time. #splinterland is an amazing game, I'm yet to create an account.
it's nice to see that web3 games are easy to use once you get the hang of it.

No me deja entrar a ver los demás comentarios 😔

The NFT component of web3 games is another great aspect. This is because it opens the door for artists to express their creativity at their best to design characters and situations.

This is so good to hear that Web3 games provide value to the players, they own their in game NFT assets and can trade them to ggain tokens too.
Just like I've seen some players in Splinterland do and I'm getting interested in gaming so I might start with #holozing community

Yeah, there is a lot of values people do earn from web3 games, especially looking at those NFTs they earn from playing the game and also the kind of benefits they get from the blockchain, like on Hive, you can blog about the game and earn.

The fun of web3 games is the interoperability and the system of ownership. It is highly Interoperable cause assets can be used across different games and platforms. Quite interesting for Gamers.

This is when the name play-to-earn fits in perfectly, values are well generated and made to get across to all, both participants who created the value and the organizer, a fair share of would say

I agree to this also. The gamers should be put into consideration too while having any gaming project ideas. This is what will keep the users interested and engaged in the game. It would also add more value to the game.

@craftink from @hiq.magazine is my favourite Hive game.

It should be afterall this is where I am a trading card!

#craftink #gaming #hivegames #tcg #silverbloggers

To attract the traditional gamers to Web3 gaming we should blend classic thrills with NFT ownership, play-to-earn potential, and vibrant communities. Ease web3 entry, prioritize security, and empower players. That's how we can connect them.

A crucial aspect for a web3 gaming system founder to keep in mind is that triumph in the Web3 game extends beyond financial metrics. It revolves around creating a resilient and captivating game, making an engaging gaming community.

This is very true. Though the financial metrics is a plus, the founders have to focus on making the game fun because that is what makes players stay. Some web3 games focus too much on the earning aspect and that's why the hype dies early

factos 👍

Designing a game that will give people quality time together or that will challenge them makes it a great one.

And yes, launching the Web3 game is never an easy thing to do. The utility of Nft gives the possibility for game design.

Crafting a game that encourages quality time and challenges players is the key to a great experience. The Web3 dimension, with the utility of NFTs, opens up exciting possibilities for innovative game design. This is

That's it right. Thanks for stopping by.

You are welcome.

Yep, we can hear you well

The co-host @VYBZ is absolutely correct.

There is no way you can compare a web3 game with normal games played for fun.
We earn by playing web3 games & this improve their life's other than the other games people get nothing in return

Last year, I earned thousands of Naira by playing the #splinterlands game, and its rewards boosted my HP and HBD. This game taught me how to strategize, prioritize and more.

Very true.Stirring engagements is more important than the earning part of web3 games. However, this can happen when the games do define real life situations that gamers can relate with.

Building a passionate-involved player community and transparency are crucial for any web 3 gaming service. Involving community in development decisions, ensures a strong foundation and contributes to the game's success.

If we can connect crypto with nft gaming it will be more interesting. That is, if we get crypto coins through playing games and can enrich game assets with them, and use them in our personal finance, then web3 games will get more acceptance

#web3 games have the same fun compared to web2, but they bring a value , a return for the player, so this brings more engagement, the player doesn't only spend, he gets a value back that the company gets.

one problem with web3 games, from my little experience, is the game tokens. I found out that once the tokens crashes, the interest in the game kinds of dies of. Look at Axi infinity, Pegaxy. It really takes a lot to retain players interest

sharing insights, sharing insights, sharing insights, we wanna absorb more

Absolutely! @Springroll hit the nail on the head – the fusion of #P2E games with #NFTs is a digital revolution in ownership. @WOO your passion for not just the game but the Wrestlers is commendable, more of this. Thrilling times ahead! 🎮

Community is the most important aspect of web3 games. There must a set of users ready to play which means they can learn from the game and it can cure their boredom as the case maybe depending on the reasons a player engages a game.

community is mega-important, but a good game is also necessary. there have been many games with incredible and supportive communities that died because the game wasn't cool and didn't grow because of it...

It's real, the community is very important, you can learn from the game and meet other players and exchange ideas, all thanks to the community, it's a great support.

Yeah, you first need to make sure you have an active and vibrant community members that are ready and fully prepared to engage and participate in your project. Users are most important factors to consider before considering launching a game

The community will always be a big factor for gaming and underdevelopment, from the communities we can interact and exchange with various users and it is where very good ideas are generated.

Web3 platforms are drawing in numerous users, and a significant factor is undoubtedly their play-to-earn model. The concept of players earning real rewards and even making money while enjoying the game adds an additional layer of excitement

Web3 games are known for their creativity, with my time on splinterlands, it has helped me to unleash the rate of my creativity.

This game has been one of my future plans on the Hive blockchain and I am optimistic about joining it soon. Just school stuffs is taking my activeness on the blockchain but I am hoping for the better after school, or maybe sooner.

The most important thing is the foundation of the community. When the foundation is strong everything will go well. The founder and the community must be friendly with the users. Doing this will bring promotion and growth to the community.

The "X WORLD GAMES" representative answered question as to what makes players stay long while playing games.

She responded that having lots of fun while playing games is key and the monetary value attached to the games helps as well.

I can see many speakers introducing themselves and also talking about their game, which means there are lot of games platform on web 3 that Many of us aren't aware of, which is definitely one thing the space has help me now.

But on the other hand, what's the level of contribution all this gaming platform are bringing to web3 and hope all is not for competition

It is good to hear about Woo and Splinterlands, to products that work on Hive Blockchain. One is a well-consolidated game, the other is a good promise!

Hive has mega promising games and there are more coming... a lot of good things are coming in 2024 and I believe we can have some promises for the p2e of the year here

Lets see what next year will bring us =)

@WrestOrgOnline is a web3 game built on the Hive Blockchain, offering a unique blend of wrestling and blockchain technology. Players can engage in virtual wrestling matches, earn rewards, and participate in the thriving Hive gaming community

Web3 game are one of the next big thing in crypto that bring about massive change and adoption, the playtoearn is so enchanting that many keeps coming to earn while playing, something impossible in web2game.

Opinion

Recently, I thought about one of the best means to increase web3 adoption is by creating some interesting initiative that we get people's attention to web3, over time people have talked about gamification and I honestly believe that's one strategy web3 need to use very well, especially when it comes to improving onboarding projects.

In Ghana, a lot of the guys and now ladies are into gaming. Gaming would be an interesting way to onboard people but I believe the games have to be fun and not complex to access.

All blockchain projects should have a bugs free User Interface with so many features. If we see inleo.io, we can see their website is well organized and so smooth. When we get a website like this then that attract us more to spend more time

Games on the #web3 have a lot of potential, if projects focus on gameplay as much as on economics, Web2 concerning games will be displaced over time. I love this space motivates others to get involved in web3.

Definitely I agree with you and for me, I'm definitely seeing them as the perfect means of promoting web3 at large with the level of utility attached to each game, getting users to adopt web3 the more will be very easier.

The games should come first before other aspects are being incorporated, the games should be well tested to make sure they work, at this juncture the economic status could be analyzed and implemented

I think this is why game projects developers and owners are to run test projects before launching any game. Especially with online games.. It really need to be tested and analyzed before implementing like you have said.

I think that the economy has to be minimally thought out while the game is being developed, but I'm talking about the game's internal economy and not tokenomics... but I agree that the game has to come as a priority...

I think it is inevitable to have to experience the behavior in the real thing.

The project may have its testing phases but only when the game comes out and people are interested in it will it be decided whether it will be successful or not

Prioritizing the development and thorough testing of the games is crucial. Ensuring their functionality and quality sets a strong foundation.

Some days ago, I saw a user on X, post about a zealy contest on WOO game.

I was totally wowed when I clicked on the link to see that, a lot of people are vibing for it.

This is the Power of web 3 games!💪

Yeah, I have also been seeing a lot of updates from the WOO game and I can say it might really hit hard when it is being launched into the Hive blockchain. I like the way more gaming projects are coming to Hive.

The buzz around the zealy contest in the WOO game truly showcases the power and excitement of Web3 games. It's amazing to see how these platforms bring people together, creating a vibrant community of enthusiasts.

Sounds like you stumbled upon some Web3 magic. Seeing a whole community buzzing about a Zealy contest on WOO Game is definitely the power of Web3 in action. It’s awesome how these games can bring people together and create shared excitement

I also love games with amazing and interesting storylines as well. I think that is what keeps drawing people back to it. Playing with the right pals will also make the gaming experience a remarkable one.

I agree with you, VYBZ. The fact that tokens and that kind of value are added to such an enjoyable thing as games. I mean who doesn't love to play games. The monetary value keeps players glued to it and increases it replay factor

I totally agree. The web3 ecosystem provides valuable tokens that inspires people to want to participate more. Not just the game, all activities both creating content and even commenting, web3 is indeed a big deal.

testing threadcast new

Testing, I like this update.

Ohh great, I won't get lost anymore, trying it out.

There are new toys here at #inleo . Those new icons are great for identifying our threadcast. Excellent idea

Madre mía, qué genial, uff. Así ya dejamos de tropezarnos unos con otros en el Discord buscando el Threadcast 😂.

games are awesome, sofi apps are great but in the end main benefit will be web3 replacing 401(k) my2c

Question

How do we get people playing on and on, economic aspect.

Hello Everyone,
I am new here. Can't believe that I make threads without using Twitter. Hopefully we will have a great time together.

Welcome! Enjoy! 😎

Welcome! Hope to see many threads from you now on :)

All the best...👍

Wow congrats! That will get you a lot of LEO!

Those gimmicks are still around, lol!

If this were to be real money where would you invest the money . How much in crypto and into which all crypto and what percentages would various assets get

60% - to Bitcoin

25% - ETH

10% Altcoins (ADA, LEO, Hive, SYS, etc)

5%-prize celebration, champagne, fun stuff

Zero into Fiat, Gold, Stonks, Real Estate or other nonsence like that.

Did you get how much addicted I am ? 😀

This addiction is certainly a good one. Keep it up 👍

hahaha
Let's celebrate with a !HUG and a !BEER !!

My week was fine. For me it is the weekends. I am working 100 hour shifts on weekends and have 5 days off in exchange.
This is the last weekend I work this year and I will be on leave until the 12 of January. Holding on!

100 hour shifts? so you're working 50 hours per day?

Was wondering the same thing. Where's the time machine? :)

Oh lol, that is a typo 10 hour shifts of course.
😂😂

Lol. ah ok.
10 hour shifts are still pretty hard core though.

That sounds good, I have to work next week too. not sure when the holidays will start. two days off is fine for now. 😅 . Have a great holiday enjoy.

Just a reminder of how LeoAI views $LEO on this #lpud

https://inleo.io/threads/view/khaleelkazi/re-leothreads-e798s2zo

How expansive will LeoAI be? Is it dependent upon what we feed into the ML engine?

ok. seeing the live threadcasts in labs just blew my mind.
So good.

Yeah it is pretty cool. Now we need to do this for other things.

Splinterlands EOS was finally good to me! 😊

Remove the shackels! 😀

#splinterlands

gold is always good. !PIZZA

Dealing with a litecoin transaction as compared to Hive.

I guess that is why its name lite coin. Takes time to fill as it's light :-)

Not bad. Took about 11 or 12 minutes to complete. Much better than BTC but still ages compared to Hive.

LTC compared to BTC tho

Working on a drainage system is not easy.

#mydiary #construction

Dear fellow INLEOers, just to confirm: if I #lpud 15% or more of my currently staked #LEO, it'll be taken into account automatically, right?

No needto tag anyone for the Leo Power delegation to be completed? 🙃

For the 15% LPUD bonus delegation you are supposed to post a comment showing your before and after stake in the announcement post comments, I believe

Ah, thanks for that precision! I hadn't seen it as a requirement in the LPUD article, but I'll do it. Although the block explorer showing the 150 LEO tokens increase should be enough, I guess.

here's the rule

One of the rules above is making a post about LPUD - or including the LPUD topic in another post. So, on this post, include your Leo Power before and after the 15th so we can see your huge growth in stake!

It's in the LPUD post you publish that you need the before and after

and the link to the post
https://inleo.io/@leogrowth/lpud-is-here-end-of-year-edition-you-dont-want-to-miss

Yes, I had read that part, that's why I have mentioned in the article my LEO amount staked up to the 15th. Screenshots are just like words, they can easily be manipulated 🙃, so now I've added a comment, with the power-up transaction ID.

The 150 leo is the normal LPUD requirement, but the 15% is an end of the year special one on top of that

Mimosa

#cocktailsonleo #prosecco

  • 2 1/2 ounces orange juice
  • 2 1/2 ounces Prosecco

Pour orange juice into a flute glass and gently pour the sparkling wine. Stir gently.

Note:
Also known as Buck’s Fizz.

Garnish with an orange twist (optional).

One of my favorites. You can add a little splash of Triple Sec or Grand Marnier to kick up the orange flavor too.

Happy #lpud fellow lions! and Happy FriYAY! Let’s Go!! POWER UP 💪🏽🦁 #gmfrens

more power brings more responsibility

I’m sure it won’t grind me out 🤘🏽 @steemflow Happy FriYAY!

Happy #lpud @jimmy.adames! I remembered to power up LEO every month this year.

I had just left you a comment 🤣 Great job! We Roared in 2023 Twelve Months worth!! @lisamgentile1961

Good Morning @jimmy.adames!
LOL! Timing is everything.
Thank you ! We sure did.
Enjoy your day😆

I wonder if the boat part ever happened? #Premium

Too bad for him, unless he truly wanted the piece and does not mind about the monetary value.

Never know, might come back or some person in IRL might buy it off him simply because it is his.

That's true though. One of his fans might go crazy and buy it from him.

Hope it was a fun boat while it lasted.

1/🧵

#outreach #threadstorm

It's the last #lpud and I am participating in LPUD 6 times in a row and today I have powered up 150 Leo for LPUD.

My wife asked me to sync her phone...

So I threw it into the ocean.

That's another version of inleo. Go to labs.inleo.io to test new features that are not yet released.

yep and if you find bugs, use #feedback so we can fix before the features roll to production :)

Be great when we don't have to use workarounds or test sites.

It is working fine on labs. That means it will come to production pretty soon - I hope

yes ^ test sites are good. All big apps have them

so now because I'm threading here I'll be highlighted? Dope

We are so lucky :)

Thanks, @rmsadkri!

Two ongoing threadcasts!! If you’re not using Labs, try out the newest features

Before the new live Threadcast feature, it was hard to find Threadcasts that were ongoing. Now, they can’t be missed

just checked this out.
such a great addition.
I love it !!!!

I really like this feature. Hope we will have more engagements on threads.

No more spending a super long time searching through threads, and profiles just to find the latest threadcast. With this I can look up and find the thread i am looking for. Does it show all threads, or only threads from those you follow ?

DAO voting tokens are highly overvalued...

This is cus the value they have is in voting, it doesn't give any legal rights, rights over the protocol, no dividends

And worse, many times the supply is centralized twisting the voting

#crypto

I agree. The worst part is, the every day retailers cannot buy the stake that gives them significant DAO voting power because of the overpriced tokens.

This is true for a lot of blockchains and protocols, but i feel some of these things are different with hive. Hive's Dao token (hive), gives dividends, and though it is not very close to evenly distributed, it is as decentralized as it gets

A reminder that you have to partake on the last #LPUD of the year. ood luck and merry Christmas to y'all 🥳

It is #lpud. A day many lions look forward to. Have you powered up some Leo?

I did. I cannot let this December #lpud go away

Some stationery action.

#photography #lifestyle

That is a beautiful notebook!

This a small-sized Traveler's notebook. I've had it for a few years, so the leather has developed a nice patina.

It looks like an object that is in use, I love when things get this patina.

#lpud done. Staked 740.55 $LEO today 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥

HIVE Apps slow for anyone else right now?
#hivenodes

Yes the 404 errors do come up every now and then.

What is it going to take for Web3 to be a success?

This is something often discussed yet few get to the main point of the topic.

1/ When it comes to the internet, there are two components. Front ends which are the websites we use and the back end which house the data we access (among other things). Here is where we need to look at things from the base perspective.

2/ There is a lot of talk about Web3, the next generation internet. However, we come to the basic question, what data is being provided? More importantly, where do people go for the information?

3/ In this instance, we can see how Web3 databases are basically nonexistent. All information is on Web2. We see very little of use on Web3. It is something that goes across the industry.

4/ Outside of ledgers, what can applications pull and feed into their front ends? Think of a question prompted in a chatbot and ask if you can find that same answer on web3?

None of my embeds shows up on the latest feed.
#feedback what is the correct way to format embeds from twitch?

It's time for the Leo Power UP. I am doing my part for this month.

800 Leo Power this month.

#LPUD

It's good way to stake no matter how small it's.
Keep the good work 👍

One of the tools of web3 that could be used to help each member of a team to get better is decentralization. In the area of decision-making, a decentralized governance structure gives everyone the room to make valuable contributions. As such, they are able to be more productive by giving the best ideas or votes to help the team achieve their collective goals.

#threadstorm #outreach

1/3

One of the core features of a decentralized platform is rewards. Most web3 protocols use their native token to reward active contributors. Because of this, every member wants to do their best in order to receive the rewards. Whenever there is an incentive to an activity, members or participants often work harder because they look forward to winning the prize. This improves productivity.

2/3

Cross-border collaboration enables teams to draw skilled members from across the globe. These members share their knowledge and skills with each other. As they learn, members of the team are better able to work more efficiently. This results in better productivity.

Click the link below and read more ways decentralization could be used to improve each team member's performance.
