I do the whole month series. I like to walk but it is or too sunny or too insecure so I opted for indoors workouts.
I've seen some that are supposed to emulate walking and get the same count indoors but if I'm inside already, I do these.
The one I hate the most is the most efective one xD plank with hip deeps.
The walk workout is indoor it's called One Mile walk
A mix of exercises is the way to go imo
Yeah. I've been buying weights, so the workout get's more efective and challenging. I get bored easily so I like these routines that variate day by day instead of doing the same all the time.
When I lose more weight I'll probably try to go for the walks, but that has to be very early or the sun is too much.
A mix of cardio and strengh train is the best imo, that's what I see the pros doing... You'll get both benefits.
