The prices never hit the lowest people they say they will. It's possible... Anything is possible, but BTC under 10k will likely only be seen for minutes because the whales will scoop it up in troves. If you have the money set a limit and hope it hits because it is likely the whales will prop it up after. (Not advice personal opinion and experience) I hope we do see BTC under 10k 1k for that matter
