Will die Marketing-Campaign nicht schlechtreden, Marketing ist extrem wichtig, aber es bewahrheitet sich wieder einmal, dass Facebook und Twitter-Werbung nicht so viel bringen wie erhofft.
Trotzdem war es einen Versuch wert meiner Meinung nach, vielleicht schaffen wir auch noch einen Marketing/Influencer-Erfolg ans Land zu ziehen.
Hive erlebt gerade dank Splinterlands einen CryptoKitties-Moment.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Ist unglaublich :)

The account statistics come from @penguinpablo, I think the graph speaks for itself.
I don't want to badmouth the marketing campaign, marketing is extremely important, but it proves once again that Facebook and Twitter ads are not as worthwhile as hoped.
Still, it was worth a try in my opinion. Maybe we'll still pull off a marketing/influencer success as well.
Thanks to Splinterlands, Hive is having its CryptoKitties moment right now.

🙌🏻 Und nach zwei Wochen muss ich sagen es gefällt mir! Bin jetzt auch mit meinem Podcast „Börsen Gelaber“ hier und finde die Community wirklich gut. Fuchse mich grad in die ganzen Blockchain Dinge ein (Keys, Coins, Token, Upvotes etc.), ganz neue Welt. Cool bisher!

🙋🏼♂️ I am one of these Newbies that are coming to Hive via Splinterlands. Heard of the whole Hive thing from one of my Twitter Contacts (@hatoto).
🙌🏻 So far I like it very much here so I also came over with my Podcast Account „Börsen Gelaber“, a finance podcast about investing and the stock market. Currently I am learning my way through all this Hive Blockchain stuff like keys, coins, token, upvoting etc. Really cool but kind of a new world.

In meiner Gilde werden die neuen Spieler motiviert, etwas zu schreiben, und einige tun das auch. SPT zählen für den Airdrop, das hilft natürlich ;)
Wonder how many of those Splinterlands accounts are actual players who may contribute to Hive instead of beeing bots.
I have the strong feeling that, especially in the lower leagues, there are more bots than humans playing the game :-/
That's also my impression, but at least there is also a human behind a bot I guess, but would be interesting to know how many bots onboarded in comparison to humans.

I have something in mind, will try my best and always remember that it is very hard to dock on to the established unless you are forced through the environment to dive into hive. Nobody will want to take the risk once being sucked by Zuckerberg over and over again. Will the others really suck me off better? 🤔

Werbung auf afacebook bringt nur Facebook was, sonst nichts. Da kann man schon lieber tausend Plakate für eine Woche in ganz Deutschland verteilt buchen und hat mehr davon.
Oder das Geld dann in Entwicklung von sowas wie Splinterlands stecken. Bin ja kein Gamer aber mich hat das Spiel auch gepackt.
