Trocador is an aggregator and Godex a swap service cooperating with a lot of big exchanges.
They have quite a good reputation and are big, also with their good marketing claims on their websites.
Secure, fast, no kyc (of course in limits), trustworthy, great helpful online support.
And my transaction is stuck since 18 hours.
My side, sending the USDT, went throught the blockchain network in just seconds and has also been detected instantly by the site and also confirmed.
Now after 18 hours, they just want to refund my 1000 USDT or exchange to current rate.
Which would only be like 7k Hive instead of 12k Hive.
Because they didnt exchange earlier. Because of rate fluctuation?
I cannot recommend them any longer.
And I share my last try to move something at the support front:

So I am not allowed to use the service when incentives make me want to use the service?
Will this same freeze and refund happen again if I wait a little after taking the refund and it crashes again?
You have sold me these Hive already.
I can also not just undo any sell 18 hours later, indeed not at all, when I sell to someone.
This is really disappointing.
I can offer you send me 1k Hive less, 11464 Hive, which is already generous.
But not over 5k Hive less - to current prices?
And if you just undo the exchange - I can not work with you any longer, because it will just happen again when taking the next offer?
I guess you will loose a lot of loyal customers after this.
