One of the Resource Credit delegation which will allow users to operate on chain without having to be delegated Hive Power. This is going to be a huge shift for the applications.
Resource Credit (RC) delegation will be also useful in helping new users to make transactions on the Hive blockchain, for example posting and commenting. The amount of my Resource Credits (RC) is almost always 100%. I (and probably many other people) would gladly help the new users with Resource Credits (RC) delegation. Hopefully there will be an application and/or a service to do this.
