Good day everyone!
5 weeks done at the Docks and I get a weekend free. It was not easy and it is not over. I shall be back there again either Monday or Tuesday. I will have to see how other people's work is going as I am waiting for them to get done.
This whole experience has given me a lot or deal with and was not easy. I had to be quite resilient in the face of difficult customers who get really pushy about their work but do not give me proper instructions and orders. They always try to squeeze past a point of a grey area.
Right... I will overcome that.
I will start distributing the Ecency points that I have received:
@papilloncharity has sent me 10,000 Ecency points to distribute to the Active Redfish and Minnows and help them grow!
@melinda010100 has sent me an additional 20,000 Ecency points to distribute as well!
Thus I have a total of 30,000 Ecency points to hand out!
This will go toward Redfish and Minnows who have been active!
Going to send 200 Ecency Points to Active Redfish and 100 Ecency Points to Active Minnows (Except myself), activity means you posted something this week.
Last week I distributed 3,000 Ecency points to our members and had 27,000 Ecency Points left over.
Today I have 3,800 Ecency points to distribute today! 23,800 Ecency points left!
That means more Minnows and Redfish were active!

My pleasure ! I'm also starting to think up a new one-off prize (or more to the point, trying to think up a way to gather the data with the least effort possible, lol), with it being a delegation for a month as a reward to redfish for curation. I think it is something that's just not tracked enough, and people who make it a habit are gaining earnings for themselves and the people they upvote. To me, it's a vital part of helping Hive (and all our friends) to grow π
Cool. How would you keep track of that?
So far I've only found ways to do it manually, using either the Curation APY in Hivestts.io, or the Number of upvotes given in Hivebuzz. I wish I had the coding skills to do it more automatically via Hive SQL, but I don't !
