Yes every last Saturday is usually for the state clean up ,my state was not an exception we did same over here in Akwa state , for your NIN you will sure get it have a nice day friend

They will answer you really, it has become something else, I remember some years back it was free and easy to get but now you must pay plus time wasted.

Getting NIN has become as difficult as getting a visa, something that is supposed to be a seamless process has been made unnecessarily difficult because of kwaraption.
and it's complicating issues for a lot of people
A friend came into the country and for three days he struggled to get his ,he was told that the network issue will not make it possible.In this 21st century.
