I managed to find some space, a little me time, in the last few days and that'll extend into this weekend and I'm thankful.
I think that's one of the best things about my life and love, the man I love; we have the ability to be together in the same place but also find our own space as well. It makes for a lovely existence. I love knowing he's there and often look over at him and watch him frown, smile or smirk, bite his lip as he thinks, a habit he has that I love; it makes me feel safe and happy and yet we find the space to become absorbed in our own interests for a while.
I love it when he catches me looking. He smiles, or arranges his face into one of mock annoyance at my staring which is when I stare harder. Hel looks at me too sometimes, I can feel his gaze and often arrange my top in such away he gets good value from my cleavage. It never fails to amaze me how a simple glimpse of cleavage can make him smile so big.
I've spent some of my me time scrolling through music; it's a bit of a rabbit hole really, because one song would lead me to another and another and before too long I'm a good distance from where I started.
I found some really nice songs, some new to me and some older ones I remember from when I was younger. It was time well spent. My guy made sure I had plenty of tea and he bought me a huge apple and cinnamon muffin home after he saw a friend this morning and I've spent the afternoon with it; the muffin didn't last very long though.

It's always nice to explore new music. I often start with one song and then get more and more recommendations, which allows me to discover new styles and artists. This happens to me a lot on YouTube. I like some songs and others I don't, but the important thing is the process.
I knew the second one, it's beautiful, and the other two are new to me, but I've added the third one to my list. It's very nice, thank you!

I know some people who are closed to anything but that which they already like as far as music goes but fortunately I'm not one of those people; I think it would be very boring and limiting to set such boundaries in life.
