No! The crust is made of cauliflower, eggs and and a couple of other things and no bread is used. It's interesting to eat and I must say that I'm surprised that I really do love it. The rest of the pizza is made just like usual. Cheese meet and whatever else you like on your pizza. I've been never have believed that I would like it but I really do period
