Well, generally what I do first is try to identify where I need to improve, in general, whether it's about myself, about my life... that's kind of a starting point.

That's what I did a few weeks ago and I realized that I need to improve my eating habits again, that the ones I have now are not doing me any good, so I have started to eat more vegetables and protein, and consume less sugar to finally give it up completely at some point, like I did with coffee for months now because it wasn't doing me any good either.

Anyway, I think it is a process where the most important thing is to take one step at a time towards improvement.

One step at a time is exactly the way to do it and knowing what steps to take is an important element also. I think you're well on the right track, keep it up.
