We are indeed. I feel it is fast approaching. We had that failed attempt before due to the delightful young scallops. I am keen to try it before life throws some snash in the way!!!
You'll know when it's right. I haven't opened mine yet either...waiting for the right time as well.
Its a balancing act isnt it, you want it to be right and you know that you will know when it is right!
Oddly too, the longe you have it the more reluctant you get to opening it!
Maybe when I get there for a visit the time will be right. Lol. I'll bring my two bottles too and...well, I'll probably not remember what happens. 🤪
