I agree, this fear is very real for many people and is often a combination of a few different elements. It can be overcome though.

My dad had weak eyes and at some point needed operation. I also have weak eyes( computer and reading also did not help) . So who knows maybe I also inherited my introverd nature and communication problems from someone? Doesn't matter either way-I am who I am.
