Very nice capture! The cloud really give it a dramatic effect. It's like the inception of photos.

yes i like how everything was set up nice, her pose, the dress moved by the wind, clouds and me personally feel more joy because i know it was all spontaneous.

Some of the best shots are just in the moment and require a split second decision where everything is just right. You really blew it out of the park tho with a cell phone photo. The technology is getting pretty good.
Maybe she is! Although water and electronics don't have a good track record together...
