A Weekend of Resilience: Overcoming Surgery and Running a Business

Hi everyone! Today I want to share with you how my weekend has been, still resting after a week since my surgery. I have been recovering little by little, and although it has been a bit difficult, I have been feeling better.

¡From my bed, I haven't been able to take many photos other than of my wound and the food they bring me. But despite everything, I have had a lot of support from my family. My mother has helped me bathe, clean my wound, and my husband has been cooking for everyone. On Saturday, they brought my little daughter Liannys home, who was under the care of her paternal grandmother while I continued to recover. It was a very special moment for me since I had gone many days without seeing her.

From my room, my day goes by on the phone, on social media, and watching several programs on Discovery Home Health. I already feel like an architect, in the afternoon, I like to watch Investigation Discovery programs about murders, haha, I'm well trained in these cases.

On Sunday, they removed my stitches. At first, I was very nervous and scared, and in fact, I screamed a lot and cried a little, but I didn't really feel any pain.

In addition, during this weekend, my husband and daughter took care of the chicha business, something I usually do. It turns out that there was a children's baseball game near our house, and they decided to take their business there to sell chicha. Despite being quite exhausted, the result was excellent. They managed to sell a good amount of chicha, and this gives us a bit of economic help for the expenses we have had during my recovery. I am very grateful for the effort that my husband and daughter put into the business, they really did a great job.
