Greetings friends! Today I want to share my experience of the Easter weekend. I spent it as a family in the countryside, cooking on firewood and enjoying good food. They were three days of pure relaxation, disconnection and joy.
On Thursday, we prepare a fish curd accompanied by rice, salad and grains. It was delicious! The mixture of flavors and aromas of the food in firewood is something that has no comparison. We ate until we couldn't take any more.
On Friday, we delighted with some cachapas with pork that left us speechless. What a rich thing! We were all happy and satisfied with the delicacy that was prepared for us. Also, the company of the family and the laughter made the meal so much more tasty.
On Saturday, we prepared a wood fired soup that left us licking our fingers. It was the perfect dish to enjoy the cool country weather. We were around 14 people, and even though there were a lot of people, we all enjoyed the food and the company. In addition, we ate some delicious fritters that left us wanting more.
The field where we spent Holy Week is simply spectacular. It is large and has flat areas to cultivate. Currently, they are preparing the land to plant tomatoes and onions, which is exciting. We were able to see the seedbeds where they are preparing the plants to later be transplanted and grow in all their splendor.
Perfect Easter weekend in the countryside, enjoying food and the company of the family. There is nothing like wood-cooked food and the good vibes of loved ones!
On Sunday, after three days of enjoying the countryside, we decided to stay at home. Everyone returned to their homes and we took the day to rest. I took the opportunity to pamper myself a bit and get a nice manicure. I felt relaxed and happy, remembering the moments we had just spent as a family and enjoying my free time. Sometimes it's important to take time for yourself and do something that makes you feel good, and that day was just what I needed.
You really had a wonderful Eater Weekend eh, and on top of that you are with the family, that's more perfect. And accompanied with good food and for sure having a chitchat while enjoying the food js also there. As for us we really didn't do that much. We just spend our weekend at home. In fact mother's store was open that day too, hehe. Just like a normal day, like that.
