Living an optimistic life is the greatest way to navigate through life. A life with all positive vibe of being an asset to the community and the country as a whole. This will bring us back to one of the weekend topic by @galenkp tagged :
HELPING OTHERS ACHIEVE
Tell us how you have helped someone other than your family members achieve their major goal. Are you a teacher, coach, friend, counsellor, mentor or work-colleague that has helped someone achieve their major goal? Talk about the concepts, success and failure and how you capitalised on, or mitigated, them..
Helping someone one way the other has been my life. I am not referring to financial perspective alone but all round. I help in whichever way I could.
I was privileged to help a close friend of mine achieve his major goal back then In high school during our west African examinations council Exam (WAEC).
It was few month towards the exam back then when this friend of mine came to me, lamenting how he was lagging behind in some subjects. And he needs to do well for the forth coming exam. Although the school do have morning preps to prepare us for the exam. But this friend of mine came to me for further assistance.we then decided to create time table for ourselves and also schedule venues for the tutoring.
The whole plan was drafted and venues are either at my place or his place because we live close, just streets away. Due to the school schedules our weekdays got choked up and could not find an appropriate time during the week. After deep thinking we agreed to make use of our weekends to study more. Every Saturdays and sundays we meet and study hard.
The study routine was going fine not until the day we started have other programs clash with our weekend reading routines.
We noticed the program clash and decided to change our time of schedule.

The exam month came and we intensify our study. We studied and studied.
We wrote the exams and came out in flying colors. My friend was so happy that he kept telling people that if not for God and myself he won't have passed the exam.
I myself was happy because all the plans and hardworking we pulled did not shame us.
I was happy to be of help in achieving my friend's major goal and also breaking through mine
