Tea is fine for the morning.But fruits? Natural fruits from the garden is just right for the body to gather lubrication as an engine for the work ahead of the day.
For me, it's water. I take water first in the morning.

Aside water, I love eating hard foods like cassava flakes with soup (the Africa way) especially during weekends.
