Congrats on that almost 20 kg weight loss, that´s a very impressive achievement. You seem to be a in good shape right now :) I also like the way you get your exercise, outside in the fresh air. That´s what I do too. But my background is different. I was actually very skinny until my early 20s, doing a lot of cardio, playing football, jogging a lot etc. back then. Later on, I started to practise calisthenics to gain some muscles. Was doing this for many years, which gave me a solid base for weight lifting, which is what I have been doing for the past few years and I love it. I was really proud to achieve the milestones that I shared in this post last year :) It doesn´t matter what sport or exercise we do, it´s important to find the one that you like and enjoy.
