Pretty easy cut the bread into triangles toast them lightly, set the in a bowl like a rose and pour custard over it. You could bake it in the oven or if you are lazy like me pop it into the microwave. You get the pleasure of eating both custard and french toast in one go.

In the bread pudding the bred gets drowned in the pudding, here you get to taste the bread and enjoy it. I add cardamom to make the flavour different
