Simply say, work. I spend more time working. I assume that, if you've been reading my articles long enough, you might already know that I work in a tech institute and the job is remote.
Well, I know I say my job is quite exciting. It is, and too, it can be taxing. It was about three months ago that I realized it was taking much from me.
Now, here's how my schedule goes. I could work today from 9pm through to 6am and then I sleep off. By the time I awake, which is usually late morning or early afternoon, I'm off to exercise and go by the gym(yes., I've been going through with it as i wrote in this community at the start of the new year that i would). When I get back, I fix myself something to eat and freshen up. By now it's almost late in the afternoon and I'm fagged out again and somewhat sleepy. I can only spend a few hours sleeping before it's time for work again.
There's little time to hang out with friends or even be active as I would otherwise be. Every week though, there's a day off. But even that doesn't give me the luxury to relax as it's on that day that i go grocery shopping, prep some meals and run some other personal errands,
And the cycle goes on.
I'm already working to adjust my routine and make out time for other equally important things. First I plan to do is to eat and freshen up immediately after my workshift is done before I go get some sleep. That way, when I awake, I can consider going by the gym or just having the exercise in my space. The reason that I will eat and freshen up that qay is that due to how sleepy I always am, I'd always rush through those so I can get some rest.
The other thing I would do is setting up a daily schedule that fits in other activities I wish to do for each day. I could follow through with that. Actually, I think this will be helpful to me. I'll jist see how it goes.
