I do have some arthritis in my fingers and wrists which become aggravated by the repetative motions of spinning. For myself, I grow a massive amount of turmeric which I dehydrate, powder and encapsulate with black pepper. I use size '0' empty gelatin capsules and take three during the day. Turmeric is fat soluble so I take the capsules with milk, cheese, yogurt, bacon lol. Not overly fond of the taste of turmeric, but I sprinkle it on eggs, cooked with butter or olive oil , which I eat daily.
Some folks mix salve using turmeric, a carrier oil (olive, grape seed), add in enough melted beeswax to form a good texture. I don't use topical, so not sure of it's efficacy.
Egg shell membrane is a naturally occurring glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate along with collagen which some claim to aid in regeneration of cartilage. I have recently started to extract the membrane from my own eggs to experiment with. Having used it only five or six days, I cannot claim one way or the other.
I'm sure there are more but none that I have experience with.
Ok, more than I know.
I have a topical salve with aloe, turmeric, arnica Montana, omega 3, 6,& 9, Boswellia serrata, rosemary oil, msm and grapefruit extract which is some relief. Was hoping you have the "silver bullet" though...or maybe I just need as bullet full stop.
Alas, no silver bullet. My sister swears by arnica but I have not tried it yet.
Shit, ok then, I have loads of bullets; maybe I'll engrave my own name on one of them instead of other's.
I think not!
Ok, just because you say so.
lol I don't buy that for a minute, but I would buy that your girl and your kitty say 'not so fast, mister'
Yeah, something like I presume.
Life's hard and I'd say I weather that storm reasonably well all tings considered. I've had some moments, some tough things and times, and they come back sometimes; the gifts that keep on giving...but generally, rockin' it.
