I'm trapped in the overwork trap

Hello dear visitors
In today's post I want to tackle a topic that I have chosen from the interesting topics released this weekend, and yes, in the lines I will write below I will tackle the topic where I will tell you what I do too much time, that is, what eats up a lot of my time.
Starting from the premise that not all people are the same, everything you will find here is strictly from my point of view.
So the job I have and especially the overtime I work sometimes eats up a lot of my time, and yes this has been affecting both me and my relationships with those around me for a while.
I have to look at this from two perspectives: on the one hand, working more than 8 hours a day clearly brings me an increase in income when I draw the line at the end of the month.
Now I suspect that many who pass through are eager to have a better material situation, but this attracts more negatives over time.

Now that I've said one benefit of overworking it's time to say a few negatives about it.
The first thing I noticed is that I spend very little time with my family so my time is reduced and when it comes to going out with friends, relaxing, reading a book, calling a friend far away to ask how they are doing and many other situations.
In conclusion, I can say that I know how to solve this situation by taking the right measures to help me.
And yes, after weighing material gains against the lack of family, I can say that so far, even though I've made money, I've lost a lot on the other side.
THE END!
If you liked what you saw and read here please don't forget to give a LiKe, Follow, reBlog or a Comment, for all this I thank you, and until the next post I say goodbye.
P.S. The attached picture you have just seen are taken by me with my mobile phone(Samsung Galaxy S21), and the text is also designed by me.

It's necessary to have a healthy work-life balance. It makes no sense to make money from the job and not have to enjoy it with the people you love. Putting aside tune with family that is being disturbed, you should also consider yourself. You need some rest and fun, too.
You are absolutely right, but in the end it is up to us what kind of decisions we make.
Thanks for stopping by.
Finding the right work / life balance is definitely a challenge

Striking a good work-life balance can indeed be a very difficult thing to do! I think a lot of us can relate to the struggle.
You are right, the situation I referred to can be encountered in many other cases, thank you for stopping by.
It is a matter of principle to equalise time spent at work and time spent in other ways (with family, with friends, relaxing, etc.).
Thanks for stopping by.
