It's the weekend again, should I do or dream to do?

In a world where everything is happening at a fast pace, where the vast majority are running from one place to another, all to be better off financially, there comes that time of the week when some of us take a break from our daily routine.

I wrote some because there are a lot of people who also work on weekends (I have quite a few neighbours who are like robots on shifts and I rarely see them), so today I'm going to write a few lines describing myself and of course answering this weekend's engagement of what I would prefer to do instead of what I actually do this weekend.

I'll take things step by step and tell you what I'm actually doing this weekend.

After a hectic week in which we had to face the cold outside and the situations encountered at work, we usually have a little more time at the weekend and so we try to make a schedule of weekend activities, we try to dose our energy for what we like to do but also for relaxation.

But this weekend we have household chores scheduled, yes, we live in the country and this weekend we have to do general cleaning around the house (we do this quite often a month), I have to replenish the wood stock for a week (we heat with wood) it is still very cold both day and night.

Sitting over a glass of ginger flavored tea, I was thinking about what I would prefer to do this weekend and I didn't have to think too long because an idea immediately came to me.

Yes, I wish I could be on the shore of a lake on a fishing trip and there to sit on the shore of the lake waiting for the fish to pull in and be able to watch the animals grazing peacefully in the field and why not, eat them too, it's certainly a unique experience.

After a few hours spent fishing (I won't tell you if I caught anything or not) I can retire to a rustic restaurant with traditional Romanian cuisine, where the taste buds will be in ecstasy after tasting the specific food (here I can give you two examples of dishes, namely pork with beans and papanași

In conclusion, this weekend I will not be able to go fishing and especially to taste some traditional Romanian dishes, but will have to concentrate on household chores.

Thank you very much @steemflow and @indiaunited.

Very interesting your story, too bad you couldn't go fishing so you could change your routine. But in reality you spent your time doing something important and necessary. Beautiful pictures of the place and your house is very cozy. I think the warmth of the house was a reason to stay. Thanks for sharing. Regards.
