The games of chance certainly attract a lot, that is why many can lose a lot of money in that world and of course it can ruin lives I know two people who ruined their lives by games of chance, and when I talk about this type of games is everything that involves betting, from casinos, roosters, cars, cards in short everything that involves betting for me is chance.
I believe that games of chance are addictive and that we must have our senses well placed to not get carried away by greed and not to bet more than we can, I could say that I am against these games, however I like to play just for distraction, as when you are a child and bet with fake bills there everything is fun, but in real life it is not so simple, not so fun.
I knew a person who had at one time a lot of money, and this person had cars and business, and one way to get that money was with betting roosters was Galician, it turns out that gradually began to lose everything, cars, houses and businesses, almost destroyed his marriage and lost his life, it was certainly a very difficult situation for him and his family, who are currently rising again, now riding in a vehicle that leaves them injured everywhere and a small business that has more debts than profits.
I think that while you are winning the game is fun, but if you lose it becomes an absolute hell, not to go too far as my grandmother told me her father came from a wealthy family however my great grandfather was a gambler and inveterate gambler, he lost everything that his parents left him in life by betting playing cards, my grandmother said that they had to leave their farm and everything they had and go out with one hand forward and one back since his father had lost everything.
Gambling should not be allowed; however no one forces anyone to gamble, people do it simply because they like it, and it becomes a vice, they cannot stop, it is an addiction like cigarettes or drugs and in the end this addiction can lead them to ruin and even death.
Some time ago I read a book that talked about how casinos offer luxurious hotel rooms to their clients who gamble, they give them credit so that they continue gambling and they wrap them in such a way that the client continues gambling, it is their strategy, and who could resist to so much temptation.
For this you have to have a strong mind, determined, and your pants well put on as they would say to not allow them to play with your mind, but being an addiction which is like a drug for those who bet, it is difficult for them. This is why I say that I am against gambling games and that they should close those places....
