Welcome back all,
Another week another update… actually i planned a week without any update until i saw cryptomancer’s message.
And yeah, i couldn’t resist, had to add it to the planner so we can already explore what it might mean.
⚠️Big disclaimer: these are things still in development, so all of this is based on assumptions about how they could work.
Here’s what i’ve added so far:
- Bountiful Grain / Wood / Stone / Iron / Aura → production boost
- Toil and Kin → bloodline synergy (i assume it boosts the boosted PP, not the base PP)
- Dark Discount → decreases the amount of staked DEC needed
- Energized → removes the need for a power core
- Rationing → reduces consumed resources
- Labor’s Luck → not sure if it’s percentage-based or not, so currently i count it as a true/false toggle
It’s been discussed for a while that land cards would eventually bring boosts to the table, so i had already left some space for it in the planner.
But wow, it’s getting crowded on this page now. Team, please no more boost types or i might need to redesign everything again 😅

What’s New?
First up, Bloodline support. When importing your plot, the cards bloodline are automatically included. You can select/update it in the planner.
Then, you can now enter all types of boosts without any limits.
Since i don’t yet know if multiple will stack or how percentages will look, i decided to just make it flexible.
Especially for resource consumption, because who knows, maybe a “reduce consume cost of a Aura producing plot” card will reduce all resource consumption too.
After entering your values, you can check the totals in the Land Boosts Overview section.
Boosted bloodlines are marked with arrow icons, and as always on many places, you can hover over it for details.
Extreme Scenarios
Just for fun, i tested an extreme setup — everything maxed out, totally boosted 😎
And the results are wild:
- Staked DEC required: reduced to 0
- Power core cost: completely removed
- The boosted bloodlines (from 3000 to 5500):

- The reduced consumption costs:

This would be crazy i do not think they will release such a boosted card but still a lot of fun preparing.
This one involves a lot of guesswork, but i really wanted to plan ahead and see if such land cards could be worth it. Personally, I’m hoping for one that gives a massive grain boost, that’s definitely what I’m short on 😅

Well your guesses on the land card abilities aligned exactly with what I was thinking so looks like we are thinking in the same direction, time to start stacking multiple copies of the same card to work with bloodlines…. Only question now, will it need to be same bloodline as the land card???
i saw your message indeed....
well, now the real speculation start. I think a land card is of a certain bloodline so that bloodline will be boosted... which one will be a mystery but that is in the line i'm thinking. And there is already a pretty long list of bloodline (copied it from the filters of splinterlands site)
So not possible to hoard on a certain card yet until they release some information on that imho.
