Hi to all. Did you know that Lviv is a city of trams. It does not have a subway. The land does not meet the parameters for the creation of underground transport. However, trams play a significant role in the life of every Lviv resident, as well as guests of my beloved Lviv.
Привіт усім. Чи вам відомо, що Львів місто трамваїв. В ньому відсутнє метро. Земля не відповідає параметрам для створення підземного транспорту. Однак, трамваї займають неабияку роль в житті кожного львів'янин, так і гостей мого коханого Львова.
Today, Maxim and I went to another district of the city. This is a large neighborhood of Sikhiv. 500 or 600 years have passed since the first memories of the village of Sikhiv. Even the name comes from the local dialect "you hid" and so it has come down to our times as Sikhiv. It is extremely difficult to meet people who live in Sikhiv. So I go to them and at the same time I will show you the difference in building houses. And I am happy with the wonderful combination. Direct tram number 4 runs from my district.
Сьогодні я з Максимом їхали в інший район міста. Це великий мікрорайон Сихів. З перших спогадів про село Сихів минуло 500, чи то 600 років. Навіть назва походить від місцевого діалекту "си сховав" і так до наших часів дійшло як Сихів. Зустрітися з людьми, які живуть на Сихові вкрай важко. Тому я їду до них і заодно я покажу вам різницю в будівництві будинків. І я радію прекрасним сполученням. Від мого району курсує прямий трамвай номер 4.

But sometimes it is really convenient, I especially like to ride the tram. If I need to go to the central part of Lviv, it is like an excursion. You can look through the window at ancient buildings.
Я дуже хвилювалася, тому що з грудня діє нововведення по оплаті трамваю. Я читала багато скарг на Леокард. Громадським транспортом їзджу я рідко. Але іноді це справді зручно, особливо люблю їздити трамваєм. Якщо мені потрібно їхати в сторону центральної частини Львова, то це наче екскурсія. Можна у віконце роздивлятися старовинні будівлі.
There were not many people at the stop. The tram quickly arrived at the stop where we expected it.
На зупинці було небагато людей. Трамвай швидко прибув на зупинку, де ми його очікували.
Зайшовши в середину ми одразу ж знайшли вільні місця і я оплатили два білети по 15 грн. Це було зовсім легко зробити в додатку мого банку. Далі нам залишалося лише насолоджуватися поїздкою.
Having entered the middle, we immediately found free seats and I paid for two tickets for 15 hryvnias. It was quite easy to do in my bank app. Then all we had to do was enjoy the ride.
We often go somewhere with our son, but this was something special for him. He looked around with interest. Then he loudly called out the colors of the cars that were driving to meet us.

I was glad that my son was having such a good time on this long trip. After all, the distance to the Sikhiv microdistrict is about 7 km.

Here we went to the bridge, which actually connects our districts of the city.

You can see what a colossal difference there is between Sykhov and my Railway District. Buildings have changed dramatically in high-rise buildings. Some houses had the shape of a Chinese wall. They were long and tall, they only changed the entrance number on the door. I thought that it was not surprising that more than 300 thousand people lived in this area. After many people were forced to move to our safer city, there are probably several hundred more people living there than before the war.

I would like to note that, unlike my district, there are larger spaces here. The wind "walks" between the houses, I watch the wide roads and the sidewalk. It is not for nothing that this microdistrict is called the Sykhiv massif. After all, everything here differs in size. Large and tall buildings, spacious streets and avenues. Perhaps it also has the right to exist.
Хочу зазначити, що на відміну від мого району, то тут більші простори. Між будинками "гуляє" вітер, я спостерігаю за широкими дорогами і тротуаром. Недарма називають цей мікрорайон Сихівським масивом. Адже тут все відрізняється величчю. Великі і високі будинки, просторі вулиці і проспекти. Мабуть це також має право на існування.
