I ask myself this everyday. I know I have plans and all but, can I just live in the moment? The other day, I bought something I needed and my account was judging me for it but let’s face it, I needed it and I had the money. This guilt thing sef needs to be tackled. Why don’t I feel guilty when spending on others? Na wa o.

Hehe, I can relate aswr. When I lose money on a risk or I give someone I care about it doesn't even move me, but when I spend it, I'll na be asking myself if I made the right decision, lol. I'm getting better small small sha.

Once you know and feel what you are getting is needed and worth it, you don’t have to listen to the guilt in you. You just have to face the reality and believe you did something good for yourself. Trust me, the guilt will leave.
