Nooray convocation 🎓♥️

in The Ink Well2 months ago

There she was- the alumni last day d-day, dressed in the convocation gown , a beam on her face. She had set forth her travel from the tremble of uncertainty, wondering within herself if she could have what it takes to be one of the greatest minds this kingdom had endowed.

And as she was being reminded of all the things the famous college people had to say for her, and as those memories of late night classes, doubts, and victory came to her, her emotions ran high. Nooray used to feel like an outcast, a girl who was not born with all the latest 'Fendi', 'Gucci' trendy clothes and from a mediocre background, among her peer group whose background were from the wealthy families and aristocracy. Nevertheless, these circumstances does not limit the way she look at life.

By the time the announcer called out her name to collect the diploma. This organization was filled with so much pride as well as gratitude. She had not only got her degree but she had also established herself as well as others that her team spirit and resilience wasn't important skills that one should possess.

The applause and the cheers were echoing when Nooray catches her gaze at her parents’ faces which suddenly stands lit up with pride. She was so proud of their constant assistance during these years. The bright sun beaming put a lit up smile on her face

When she looked down at her diploma in her hand and said goodbye to the stage, she realized this was only the first step on her path for success. Equipped with knowledge, persistence, and a burning zeal to do good, she was determined to enlighten the world little by bit, guided by her brilliance!

This story gives excellent detail about Nooray and her graduation day. We have insight into her feelings, into the reaction of her parents and into the general jubilation of the moment.

Unfortunately, the story is too brief. We have a suggested minimum of 700 words. This falls very far below that. You have good material here. You could have filled us in with more details about her background. That sounds very interesting. She felt like an outcast because others had more money than she did. There is a lot of potential in that setup.

Thank you for sharing this story with us, @noor500

Thank you so much for your compliments 🫰🏻♥️ next time I will try to write story about 700 words.
